== Development ==
In 2008, [[Richard Rambam]] expanded Snagov's duties at Snubable Enterprise after an internal intelligence test recorded an IQ above 200. Snagov had a longstanding interest in chemicals and was given access to chemical-development work for the company's security and clone-extermination systems. Rambam initially restricted him to specific projects, but later gave him greater freedom to experiment after he produced usable results.<ref name="jibbut-development"/>

Snagov developed the first internal version of Electric Cyanide in 2009. Snubable subsequently manufactured the substance for use at its clone-processing facilities.<ref name="jibbut-development"/><ref name="chemical-list"/>

== Properties ==
Electric Cyanide was prepared as a pale blue to colourless liquid with high electrical conductivity. When dried, it left a pale crystalline residue. Its toxic effect was based on cyanide poisoning.

The conductive properties of the solution allowed Snubable facilities to detect its presence inside tanks and pipework using conductivity sensors. Records classified it as a lethal restricted material and required it to be handled remotely.

== Use at Snubable Enterprise ==
Electric Cyanide was incorporated into Snubable's clone-termination systems. It was used against rejected clones and during disposal procedures involving failed clone material. The compound could be released into sealed processing areas without requiring staff to enter while it was present.

The substance was also used during biological disposal after clone deaths. Snubable records connected it to the processing of remains and the cleaning of contaminated clone-processing areas.

== Facility systems ==
Rooms using Electric Cyanide were fitted with sealed drainage systems and chemical tanks controlled from outside the processing area. Conductivity sensors in the tanks and pipework allowed staff to determine whether the solution remained present after a procedure.

Electric Cyanide was stored in restricted chemical cabinets and tank rooms. Access was limited to personnel assigned to chemical handling, facility engineering or clone disposal.

== Collapse and recovery ==
After the collapse of [[Snubable Enterprise]] in 2025, Electric Cyanide remained at a number of abandoned Snubable sites. Containers and residue were recovered from chemical stores and clone-processing systems. Other stocks had been destroyed or could not be accounted for.

Hazardous-material clearance was required at some facilities before investigators could safely enter areas where Electric Cyanide had been stored or used.
