'''Snubable Shrankenhaus''' was the mechanical and industrial department of [[Snubable Enterprise]]. [[Stefan Shrankenhaus]] founded and led it from 2008 until its dismantlement in April 2025. Its principal production plant formed part of the Snubable factory complex at [[Căciulați]], in [[Moara Vlăsiei]] commune, [[Ilfov County]].

The department developed vehicles, workshop machinery, power systems and production equipment for Snubable facilities. It operated under the protection of the [[Bucharest Butchers]] and later relied on supply channels connected to the [[Tanoa Einsatzgruppen]]. At its peak in the early 2020s, it had approximately 850 human personnel and around 1,000 [[A-Series]] clones assigned to production work.<ref name="stefan-snubable"/>

In 2017, the department supported [[Aktion Shrankenhaus]], an armed clone deployment that resulted in the [[2017 Slatina massacre]]. Its main production plant was destroyed on 29 April 2025, ending the department's organized operations.<ref name="aktion"/><ref name="stefan-final"/>

== Formation and organization ==
Richard Rambam met Stefan Shrankenhaus at a private industrial conference in [[Bern]], [[Switzerland]], in 2008. Rambam needed mechanical support for the expanding Snubable factory system, while Shrankenhaus wanted financing, protected procurement access and a closed environment for vehicle production. Shrankenhaus entered Snubable as an external industrial specialist and founded the department that year.<ref name="stefan-snubable"/>

The department initially maintained equipment, operated vehicle workshops and managed internal transport. Shrankenhaus later expanded it into a semi-independent branch with its own design staff, guards and procurement system. It remained part of Snubable Enterprise and reported through its senior structure. [[Richard Rambam]] led the parent organization, while Shrankenhaus controlled its mechanical department.

Stefan invited his brother, [[Gustav Shrankenhaus]], to join Snubable Enterprise as chief architect in 2008. Gustav designed secured production spaces, underground factory areas and the tunnel network connecting Snubable properties. He did not lead the mechanical department.<ref name="gustav-snubable"/>

Snubable Shrankenhaus was divided into design, production, transport, procurement, security and clone-labor sections. Senior human personnel supervised technical and administrative work. Ordinary workers were restricted to their assigned workshops and plant duties, while senior staff had access to planning and supply records. At its peak, the department had approximately 850 human personnel. Around 1,000 A-Series clones were assigned separately to its production plants.<ref name="stefan-snubable"/>

The department also provided Snubable Enterprise with a public industrial cover for vehicle development, equipment storage and engineering work. Its procurement system used Bucharest Butchers protection. [[Florin Ionuț]] supported the administrative approvals and transport paperwork used to move components into Snubable-controlled workshops without normal inspection.<ref name="florin-support"/>

== Production sites ==
The principal production plant occupied secured halls within the Snubable factory complex at Căciulați. Its external appearance resembled an ordinary industrial property. The internal complex contained vehicle-assembly halls, component storage, hidden freight systems, technical galleries and underground production areas.<ref name="snubable-factory"/>

The department used the plant for vehicle assembly, workshop machinery, power-routing installations and transport preparation. Smaller workshops, storage yards and protected depots operated through Bucharest Butchers logistics channels. Clone labor allowed long shifts in sealed and hazardous sections while limiting how much of the plant ordinary workers could observe.

== Vehicle development ==

Vehicle development was the department's central activity. Its workshops designed armored platforms, transport vehicles, utility carriers and workshop-support vehicles for Snubable Enterprise and the Bucharest Butchers.

From 2008 to the mid-2010s, the department mainly produced ordinary cars and light protected vehicles for the smaller A-Series population then active inside Snubable facilities. Some early clones received better living conditions than later production units and were assigned personal or semi-personal vehicles. The [[Hubbubmașină]] was the principal early clone-car line.

The [[Hubbubpanzer]] series became the department's main armored-vehicle programme. The vehicles carried clone units, accompanied protected convoys and supported pursuit and armed deployments. Simpler utility vehicles moved supplies between Snubable facilities, storage yards and Bucharest Butchers properties. They used standardized components and were easier to repair than the armored prototypes.

== Tanoa support ==
From 2015, cooperation between Snubable Enterprise and the Tanoa Einsatzgruppen gave the department access to fuel and diesel generators. Tanoa-linked channels also supplied industrial chemicals, specialized materials, metal components and vehicle parts. Protected routes moved these supplies to Snubable facilities and provided armed protection.<ref name="snubable-tanoa"/>

The Tanoa Einsatzgruppen also supplied technical material. Blueprint packages covered modular armored frames and reinforced transport cabins. Other plans concerned power-routing assemblies and workshop conversions. In 2016, it assigned [[Allgemeine SS]]-Obersturmführer [[Matías Krüger Aranda]] to assist with vehicle standardization and production layouts. He worked below the senior engineers as a technical liaison between Tanoan design offices and Snubable workshops.

== Aktion Shrankenhaus ==
[[Aktion Shrankenhaus]] was initiated by Stefan Shrankenhaus in 2017 with personnel connected to the Tanoa Einsatzgruppen. Selected A-Series clones were conditioned as armed units and transported to [[Slatina, Romania|Slatina]] in vehicles developed by Snubable Shrankenhaus. [[Mihai Dobreanu]] provided administrative cover for outside property used during the preparations, while [[Jibbut Snagov]] participated in internal security arrangements.<ref name="aktion"/>

The deployment resulted in the [[2017 Slatina massacre]], in which an estimated 34,000 to 40,000 people were killed. Contemporary public reports described the perpetrators as an extremist paramilitary force. Snubable Enterprise concealed its participation, and the Tanoa Einsatzgruppen publicly condemned the massacre despite the involvement of Tanoa-connected personnel. It was the department's most destructive operation and showed that its mechanical system could support armed deployments outside Snubable facilities. Vehicle production continued under Shrankenhaus afterward.

== Workers and clone labor ==
The department used three labor groups: senior human personnel, ordinary human workers and A-Series clones. Senior personnel included engineers, procurement staff, security supervisors and plant managers. Ordinary workers included mechanics, drivers, clerks, guards, cleaners, loaders and workshop assistants.

Most human workers were recruited through Romanian industrial firms, security companies and transport contractors. Bucharest Butchers intermediaries also supplied personnel. Masked payroll structures and contractor accounts connected to Snubable Enterprise were used to pay them. Foreign specialists worked under Shrankenhaus's technical staff.

A-Series clones worked in assembly halls, loading corridors, maintenance spaces and hazardous areas. They moved parts, cleaned restricted sections, prepared material for disposal and performed low-level mechanical work. The department treated them as assigned production units and recorded them through serial lists rather than employment files.

== Decline and dismantlement ==
The department began weakening after 2023 as coordination within Snubable Enterprise deteriorated. Security became strained, supply routes became less reliable and dependence on Tanoa support increased. In 2024, Shrankenhaus supported full integration between Snubable Enterprise, the Bucharest Butchers and the Tanoa Einsatzgruppen. This placed him in the pro-Tanoa faction with [[Richard Rambam]], [[Florin Ionuț]] and [[Marku Ionuț]]. The proposal failed, and the collapse of the Tanoa Einsatzgruppen on 30 November removed the department's main source of external fuel, technical material, protected transport and armed protection. The loss exposed Snubable sites to raids, defections and declining internal discipline.<ref name="snubable-collapse"/>

During early 2025, Fish Collective attacks exposed Snubable sites and caused workers and guards to abandon workshops. Transport units stopped operating as a coordinated network. On 29 April, a self-sabotage action caused an explosion inside the main production plant. The blast destroyed the central vehicle-assembly hall, damaged the power-routing section and burned much of the workshop archive. Human workers and clone labor units were killed inside the plant. Surviving workers left through service exits, hid in lower corridors or surrendered when opposing forces entered the complex. The department stopped functioning as an organized body.<ref name="stefan-final"/>

Senior staff attempted to remove design files, vehicle ledgers and procurement papers from secondary offices. Some records were burned, while others were seized from storage rooms and damaged vehicles. Armed guards were captured or killed as opposing forces cleared the production areas.

The human workforce split during the collapse. Senior managers, security officers and procurement staff attempted to flee, destroy records or move into Bucharest Butchers properties. Several were captured during post-collapse searches. Ordinary mechanics, clerks, drivers and workshop workers were separated from guards and senior staff after the plant seizures. Many were questioned and released after their identities and duties were checked. Some remained as witnesses because they knew the plant layout, storage locations or names used in procurement records. The Fish Collective kept workers connected to killings, forced labor, concealed transport, illegal procurement or destruction of evidence in custody.

The [[Fish Collective]] did not treat the clone workforce as ordinary detained labor. Its forces killed production clones, armed clones, unstable units and surviving labor units throughout the damaged and sealed production areas. Clones were found in assembly halls, maintenance corridors, freight lifts, storage rooms, transport bays and lower technical sections. Injured, unstable or non-compliant clones were killed at the site. Clone serial lists, conditioning records and production files were seized or destroyed during the clearance.<ref name="fish-conflict"/>

On 30 April, Stefan Shrankenhaus attempted to escape during a vehicle pursuit near [[Bucharest]]. His vehicle struck a tree, causing fatal impalement injuries that killed him at the scene.<ref name="stefan-death"/> [[Richard Rambam]] and [[Peter Pecker]] were captured and executed on 1 May. Remaining Snubable Shrankenhaus workshops were seized, abandoned or left incomplete as the parent organization collapsed.

== Legacy ==
Snubable Shrankenhaus expanded Snubable Enterprise beyond biological research by linking clone production with internal manufacturing, protected transport and vehicle development. Its reliance on clone labor and protected procurement tied it to the wider Bucharest Butchers structure, while Tanoa support allowed heavier mechanical production after 2015.

Aktion Shrankenhaus was the department's largest armed deployment. The destruction of the main plant on 29 April 2025 and Stefan Shrankenhaus's death the following day ended the department before the final collapse of Snubable Enterprise.
