From 1971, she maintained the accounts and records used in the management of properties owned by the [[Rogganoid family]]. After [[Hotel Rogganoid]] opened in 1998, she worked in its internal administration.<ref name="family-properties"/><ref name="hotel"/>

== Career ==
Rogganoid began working in the administration of the family's properties in 1971. She maintained financial accounts and property records for Rogganoid-owned buildings in northern [[Bucharest]]. Her husband, [[Rainer Rogganoid]], controlled the family's land and buildings during this period.<ref name="family-properties"/>

Hotel Rogganoid opened in [[Băneasa]] on 17 April 1998 under the ownership of their son [[Rasmus Rogganoid]]. Viorica handled internal accounts and administrative records for the hotel while continuing her work for the family's other properties.<ref name="hotel"/>

== Personal life ==
Viorica Cernat married [[Rainer Rogganoid]], a property owner from Băneasa. They had four sons. Rasmus later became the owner of Hotel Rogganoid, while their other sons worked in property management and hotel operations.<ref name="rainer-personal-life"/>

Rainer Rogganoid died in Bucharest on 21 September 2007. Viorica continued working in the administration of the family's properties and Hotel Rogganoid until her death in 2014.

== Death ==
Viorica Rogganoid was shot and killed by [[Jibbut Snagov]] in [[Bucharest]] on 9 June 2014. The killing occurred on the same day as the [[Hotel Rogganoid bombing]], in which Hotel Rogganoid was destroyed. The bombing killed Rasmus Rogganoid and 46 other people.<ref name="family-bombing"/>

Her sons [[Rolf Rogganoid]] and [[Renat Rogganoid]] were also shot and killed by Snagov that day. [[Rikard Rogganoid]] was reported to have been shot, although his body was not recovered. The Rogganoid family record lists him as having died on 9 June 2014.<ref name="family-bombing"/>
