Peter Pecker (born Peter Paul Pecker; 14 November 1978 – 1 May 2025) was a Romanian biological researcher and criminal who co-founded Snubable Enterprise with Richard Rambam in 1999. He helped develop the organization's early cloning experiments and later worked as an enforcer for the Bucharest Butchers. At Snubable, Pecker killed rejected clones and enforced internal security orders. He also murdered a police officer during a traffic stop in Switzerland. Pecker was captured and executed in Bucharest on 1 May 2025.

Early life
Peter Pecker was born on 14 November 1978 in Colacu, Romania. His father, Paul Pecker, was a German fugitive from southern Germany who had fled to Romania following a bank robbery. Paul settled in Colacu during the late 1960s and later retired there. He had Peter with a Romanian woman from the village.

Pecker grew up alongside Richard Rambam, whose father, Mircea Rambam, was a friend of Paul Pecker. The boys spent much of their childhood outdoors around Colacu. As they grew older, they began using sheds and abandoned farm buildings for technical experiments. Pecker was described by people who knew him as an intelligent but unusually quiet boy who rarely displayed strong emotions.

As a teenager, Pecker wanted to become a police officer and expressed an interest in using violence against criminals. He reportedly underwent a psychological evaluation but was rejected because his emotional detachment and poor social suitability were considered incompatible with police work. Later accounts identified the rejection as one of the reasons he concentrated more heavily on his technical work with Rambam.

Career
Pecker and Rambam began conducting biological experiments in the early 1990s. They worked in farm buildings around Colacu, using improvised laboratory equipment assembled from the materials available to them. Pecker helped prepare the electrical and mechanical equipment used during the experiments.

In 1998, the pair successfully cloned a stray dog inside a shed near the village. The experiment preceded the establishment of Snubable Enterprise and provided the basis for their subsequent work with animal cloning.

In February 1999, Jibbut Snagov, a member of the Bucharest Butchers, began paying Rambam and Pecker to produce cloned pigs. Pecker handled the animals and prepared biological samples for the experiments. He also helped operate the equipment and conceal their activities. Many of the pigs produced during the trials suffered from severe deformities or failed to develop normally. Snagov's payments enabled the pair to purchase better laboratory equipment and begin constructing a permanent research facility.

Pecker and Rambam formally founded Snubable Enterprise on 14 September 1999. Snagov also introduced Rambam to Alexandru Ionuț, whose biological material was used in the organization's first human cloning attempts. Pecker assisted with the experimental work that eventually developed into the A-Series. On 6 March 2000, Tiberiu Pintăreanu became involved in Snubable Enterprise and used his political position to obtain property and construction approvals for its expansion.

Within Snubable Enterprise, Pecker continued working directly with Rambam on laboratory experiments. Rambam directed the principal biological research, while Pecker prepared samples and assisted with the operation of cloning equipment. He worked on incubator preparation and maintenance, and helped evaluate clones after they were removed from the incubation chambers. Rambam frequently relied on him for technical assistance.

The Bucharest Butchers took direct control of Snubable Enterprise in 2007. Pecker subsequently spent more time enforcing security around restricted research areas. He controlled access to laboratories and helped protect sensitive transport movements. He also intimidated employees who failed to comply with internal orders. Despite his enforcement duties, Pecker continued assisting Rambam with biological research and retained access to restricted laboratory areas.

Criminal career
Pecker regularly executed clones that Snubable Enterprise classified as defective or unsuitable for continued use. These killings included unstable clones and experimental subjects rejected after evaluation. He carried out the executions without displaying visible hesitation. He also removed fingers from some of the dead clones. Preserved fingers were later reportedly discovered at his house north of Bucharest.

His enforcement work extended to killings ordered for internal security purposes. Pecker threatened personnel who breached the organization's restrictions and carried out violent orders intended to maintain discipline. Rambam trusted him with assignments involving both laboratory access and the killing of personnel or experimental subjects.

During a late-night drive in Switzerland in the late 2000s, Pecker was stopped by a police officer for speeding. He had been travelling from a meeting of the World Economic Order, with Richard Rambam sitting in the passenger seat. When the officer approached the driver's window, Pecker lowered it and fired an entire magazine from a Dreyse Model 1907 pistol at him, killing the officer.

The pistol remained in Pecker's possession for years after the shooting. Following his death, investigators recovered it from his 2018 Rolls-Royce Phantom VIII at Snubable Enterprise's main complex in Căciulați, Ilfov County. The weapon was identified as the pistol used in the Swiss police officer's murder. Investigators removed it as evidence but left the car at the complex.

Personal life
Pecker lived in a private house north of Bucharest, near Băneasa Forest. The property also served as a storage location.

People who worked with him described Pecker as highly intelligent and analytical, but almost entirely lacking in empathy. He rarely displayed happiness or grief, and his behaviour changed little when confronted with death or serious injuries. Colleagues recalled that he remained calm when laboratory experiments failed, even when the failures required the killing of experimental subjects.

In 2018, Pecker ordered a customised Rolls-Royce Phantom VIII for his personal use. Snubable Enterprise purchased the car for €560,000 and registered it in Romania. Pecker received the vehicle during the first half of 2019. It had Dark Indigo Metallic paint and a Seashell and Navy Blue leather interior, with a specially adapted rear cool chamber that preserved the three-passenger rear seating arrangement. He used the Phantom extensively until his death in 2025.

Death
On 1 May 2025, Pecker was captured in Bucharest together with Richard Rambam during the collapse of the Bucharest Butchers. Both men were executed by firing squad that day.

Pecker refused to wear a blindfold during his execution. He stood facing forward and showed no visible emotional reaction before he was shot. He died aged 46.
