Pecker left southern Germany after a bank robbery and moved to Romania in the late 1960s. He later settled in [[Colacu]], where he lived as a fugitive and retired from active criminal movement.

== Family ==

In Colacu, Pecker formed a relationship with a local Romanian woman. Their son, [[Peter Pecker]], was born in the village in 1978.

Peter later became associated with [[Richard Rambam]] and took part in the early biological research that led to the creation of [[Snubable Enterprise]] in 1999.
