Editing Matías Krüger Aranda (section)

== Early life ==

Matías Krüger Aranda was born on 9 July 1983 in [[Georgetown]], [[Tanoa]]. His father was an officer in the Allgemeine SS, while his mother taught at a state school in Georgetown. His father imposed strict discipline at home and regularly checked his schoolwork.

In 1995, Matías received a poor mathematics grade. His father made him repeat his school exercises every evening for a week. Matías completed the work and subsequently became more careful about checking his calculations.

During a technical drawing class in 1998, he noticed that the gear spacing in a supplied gearbox drawing was incorrect. He redrew the assembly with corrected dimensions. After examining his work, the teacher offered him additional drafting lessons after school.
