== Early life ==
Rasmus Rogganoid was born in [[Băneasa]], [[Bucharest]], [[Romania]], on 3 November 1968. He was the son of [[Rainer Rogganoid]] and [[Viorica Rogganoid]]. His brothers were [[Rolf Rogganoid]], [[Renat Rogganoid]], and [[Rikard Rogganoid]].

He grew up in northern Bucharest, where his family already owned land and buildings before the hotel project became the center of the Rogganoid name.

On 18 June 1982, Rogganoid was arrested by Bucharest police after throwing a homemade slime-acid firecracker onto a circus act during a public performance. The device burst during the act and spread a large amount of slime over the performers and the stage. The slime was made from nasal mucus that Rogganoid had stored for several months.

Because Rogganoid was thirteen years old, he was released into his family's custody after police questioning. His family paid for the damage and cleaning costs, and the case ended with a warning instead of a prison sentence. The incident remained part of his early reputation in Băneasa.
