Tanoa and the World Economic Order
Porno Bucharest maintained trafficking links with Tanoa throughout the 2010s and early 2020s. Victims transported there entered networks connected to the FNdEP, while Tanoa-linked contacts helped protect cross-border movements. The department's relationship with the World Economic Order provided access to clients and protected document channels outside the ordinary Bucharest Butchers structure.

Closed events attended by World Economic Order patrons received captives through Porno Bucharest and related trafficking networks. The same infrastructure supplied victims for Adrenochrome extraction during the late 2010s and early 2020s. In 2024, Marku sought to merge the Bucharest Butchers more closely with the Tanoa Einsatzgruppen, with Richard Rambam, Stefan Shrankenhaus and Florin Ionuț supporting the proposed alignment. The plan lost its external support when the Tanoan state collapsed in November 2024.
