== Economy ==

Rwanda's economy is based on agriculture, services, trade, construction, tourism, and small-scale industry. Coffee and tea are important export crops, while food crops support rural livelihoods. Kigali is the main commercial and administrative center.

During the Tanoan-aligned period, the economy was redirected toward regional command needs. Tanoan-linked offices supervised agricultural quotas, warehouse systems, border trade, transport labor, construction projects, and labor registration. Local currency remained in use, while major command accounting was connected to the [[Tanoanische Reichsmark]].<ref name="grossliberia-accounting"/><ref name="finance-currency"/>

Economic planning was tied to security policy. Access to work, travel, state contracts, and certain banking services depended on administrative records and political reliability. This allowed the puppet government and Tanoan officers to control economic life without replacing every local institution.

After 2024, the transitional government began reviewing contracts, land records, public debts, labor records, and infrastructure projects created under Tanoan supervision. The main economic problems were damaged institutions, unclear ownership files, disrupted trade, and the legacy of forced labor.<ref name="führer-end"/>
