== Administrative divisions == Hungary is divided into 19 counties and the capital territory of Budapest. The counties are divided into districts, which coordinate parts of the state administration outside the capital. Budapest has a separate municipal structure and is divided into 23 districts. Several other cities hold county rights, giving their local governments responsibilities similar to those exercised at county level.
