== Career ==
Bellandi worked as a notary in Aversa from 1789. His practice handled property transfers, marriage instruments, succession papers, and certified copies for families with estates in Campania and Calabria.

By the 1790s, Bellandi was already connected to the northern branch of the Nostrini family. On 5 September 1794, [[Vittorio Nostrini]] began notarial instruction under him in Aversa. On 3 November 1800, [[Benedetto Nostrini]] also began notarial instruction under Bellandi. After the succession dispute that followed the death of [[Domenico Nostrini]] on 18 November 1810, Bellandi was asked to prepare the written order for the family convocation. The final vote was held on 28 April 1811, and the final decisions were recorded in the ''Atto della Convocazione'', signed on 30 April 1811.
