== Career ==
Noord began working as a financial adviser in Milan in 1992. By the late 1990s, he had become an established adviser in the city.

His career remained based in Milan and focused on financial advisory work.

In 1997, Noord began visiting fashion offices in Milan alongside his financial advisory work. He started preparing a small modelling business during this period.

On 12 March 2001, Noord founded [[Studio C Milano]], a modelling agency based in Milan. The agency began as a small office with a strict selection policy.

Studio C Milano opened its first office in 2002. In 2004, Noord changed the agency's presentation to a plain black-and-white format.

By 2007, Noord had limited the agency to a smaller group of represented models. The agency became known for strict selection and minimal presentation.

In 2011, Noord reorganized Studio C Milano under stricter internal rules.

In 2016, Noord reduced the agency's public presentation further.

Studio C Milano grew substantially in 2020 while keeping its minimal public identity. Studio C Milano marked twenty years since its founding in 2021.
