== Functions ==
The Reichsführeramt processed directives issued through the office of the Reichsführer-SS. Senior administrative staff reviewed the instructions before sending them to the responsible department or regional authority. SS institutions received directives through the same administrative channel.

The office maintained correspondence with the [[Tanoanischssicherheitshauptamt]] and the [[Amt für Politische Sicherheit]]. It also communicated with the [[Amt für Bevölkerung und Ordnung]] and the [[Amt für Regionale Politische Verwaltung]]. Coordination with the [[Parteiamt für Politische Führung]] concerned party appointments, loyalty reviews and political supervision.

Reichsführeramt staff prepared reports on security conditions and problems within the administration. Separate sections recorded personnel changes and the implementation of directives. The Reichsführer-SS used these reports during meetings with the Führer of Tanoa and the Oberkommando der Tanoa Einsatzgruppen.

The office also managed appointment records for senior personnel in SS-linked administrative institutions. These files documented promotions and transfers. Disciplinary decisions and political reliability assessments were added to the same personnel records.
