Septicsolution S.R.L. was incorporated on 15 March 2010. The transfer of Mâzgăleanu's business began the following day and took effect on 19 April. Its vehicles, eight employees, customers, service records, waste-transport permissions and rented yard passed to Septicsolution. This gave the new company an existing workforce and customer base.<ref name="septicsolution" />

Mâzgăleanu appeared at the company during its early operation and presented himself as an owner. Iakob and Petru Rambam made the operating decisions. Mâzgăleanu remained the registered holder of half the shares after he stopped appearing regularly.
