== Organization and activities == The Veneno Gruppen were divided into four technical departments. The '''Abteilung für Chemische Infrastruktur''' (ACI) designed gas piping and ventilation controls for sealed spaces and supervised the installation of fixed systems. The '''Abteilung für Medizinische Purifikation''' (AMP) directed chemical procedures in medical and care institutions. The '''Abteilung für Technische Innovation''' (ATI) developed dispersal systems and refined chemical agents. The '''Abteilung für Sondermaßnahmen''' (ASM) operated chemical execution facilities and coordinated with the security units assigned to them. Officers from each department reported to the central administration of the Bau-Einsatz in Georgetown. The division connected fixed gas delivery systems to existing ventilation networks and designed them for remote activation. Mobile chemical units were used at temporary locations that lacked permanent installations. At designated sites, personnel produced and refined gas formulations. They calibrated sealed chambers before executions, monitored gas flow during use and decontaminated the installations afterward. Administrative and technical work was coordinated from compounds near Georgetown, while separate sites on Tanoa were used for research and chemical storage.
