== Career ==
Nostrini entered the northern branch register as an assistant administrator on 12 February 1802 at the [[Casa di San Michele]]. His early work was based on the preparation of letters, account copies, and branch records.

After the reforms in the [[Kingdom of Naples]] in 1806, the Nostrini household reviewed its land papers and inheritance claims. The review increased the dispute between the northern branch and the Calabrian branch. Nostrini supported moving the central archive and senior household authority to Aversa. On 19 May 1808, he was appointed ''procuratore del ramo settentrionale'', giving him formal authority to act for the northern branch.

Domenico Nostrini died at Casa Nostrini in [[Cosenza]] on 18 November 1810. He had not left a settlement accepted by all senior branches. On 3 December 1810, Vittorio Nostrini issued the ''lettera di convocazione'', ordering the senior branch representatives to meet at Aversa.

The first written objections were delivered by [[Saverio Nostrini]] on 17 January 1811. Saverio argued that the family seat should remain in Calabria and rejected Vittorio’s relocation plan. Carlo Bellandi prepared the first ''ordine della seduta'' on 26 February 1811, setting the order of the meeting and the method for signing the final act.

The [[Convocazione Settentrionale della Famiglia Nostrini]] opened at the Casa di San Michele on 23 April 1811. Vittorio appeared as claimant to the position of capofamiglia. From 23 to 27 April, the family council heard the claims of the main branches. The final vote was held on 28 April 1811 after [[Raffaele Nostrini]] supported the relocation settlement.

The ''Atto della Convocazione'' was signed on 30 April 1811. It recognized Vittorio Nostrini as capofamiglia, confirmed the authority of the main northern branch, and ordered the transfer of the central family archive from Calabria. The act did not dissolve the Calabrian branch. Saverio Nostrini remained head of that branch under the settlement.

The ''Statuto domestico Nostrini'' was copied and sealed on 12 May 1811. Nostrini used it to regulate succession, branch authority, marriage approval, proxy signatures, and archive custody. The first transferred archive chests were received at the Casa di San Michele on 7 September 1811.

Between 1812 and 1819, the moving branches began using the surname Norte in northern records. Nostrini kept the older surname in formal family papers but allowed the new form for branch documents outside Calabria. Between 1820 and 1840, the family expanded through northern Italy and became more active in municipal administration, property management, and document-based authority.

Nostrini remained capofamiglia after the formation of the [[Kingdom of Italy]] in 1861. In his later years, daily administration was handled through branch representatives and written proxies. The Casa di San Michele kept the senior seals and the central archive.
