== Career ==
Walter Noord became formally involved with the activities of the [[Noord family]] after turning eighteen in 1982. Within the family structure he was assigned administrative duties connected to identity documentation and registry control.

He later attended [[Vriendendam University]], where he studied administrative economics and civil registry management. His studies focused on bureaucratic procedures, record administration, and systems used for the verification and management of civil documentation.

After completing his studies, Noord continued working with documentation and identity records. His activities included inspecting birth certificates, collecting civil documents, and invalidating certificates when documentation was considered incorrect or procedurally invalid.

In 1991, Walter Noord founded the '''[[Stichting Noord Registratiebureau]]''', a non-profit civil documentation organization based in [[Vriendendam]]. The organization maintains administrative records of birth certificates and performs registry verification and documentation oversight. Through this organization Noord continued his work related to civil record administration.
