== Restoration == Mihai restored the House on 12 April 1522, the anniversary of Dragos's birth. Elena returned the register and seals. She entered Mihai as head beneath Grozav's rejected claim. Stefan remained leader of the Butchers.<ref name="house-restoration"/> The restored House continued using the membership and succession register. Wallachian authorities did not recognize its titles. Grozav settled in the western territories of the Holy Roman Empire, where his descendants formed the German branch of the [[Ionuț family]]. They held no office in the restored House.<ref name="grozav-lineage"/>
