== Organization ==

The ministry was headquartered in [[Georgetown]] and operated through central departments, regional finance offices, budget inspection units, and fiscal reporting sections. Its central office received revenue statements and expenditure reports from ministries, mining districts, industrial agencies, military construction bodies, and regional authorities.
