In certain administrative settings Noord conducts proceedings while seated at the head of a table. During these proceedings he wears a red tie and uses a red leather hammer placed on the table as a symbol of authority. A black leather ''Soldbuch'' is typically positioned in front of him together with a glass of beer.

During these sessions he may announce statements such as “''Order in de teeltzaal!''” (English: “Order in the cultivation chamber!”) or “''Ik roep Teeltbot erbij!''” (English: “I am calling [[Teeltbot]] to assist!”).
