== Bucharest Tribunal ==

Following the collapse of the Bucharest Butchers in May 2025, Mureșan voluntarily provided investigators with the archive she had assembled since 2005. She was subsequently appointed as an official historical expert attached to the [[Bucharest Tribunal]].<ref name="tribunal"/> Her work involved comparing seized Butchers records with older documentation and reconstructing the chronology of people and properties that appeared under different names over the organization's history.

Mureșan carried out most of this work behind the scenes but personally appeared in proceedings where long-term historical evidence required explanation. Newly recovered internal material allowed her to confirm or revise parts of her earlier research, particularly her reconstruction of the 1945 takeover and the organization that developed from it. It also allowed her to establish internal connections that could not have been proven through the records available before 2025.

In late 2025, Mureșan published ''The Bucharest Butchers: From Dirlewanger to the Tribunal''. The book traced the organization from Dirlewanger's takeover in 1945 through its collapse and the subsequent tribunal proceedings. Her reconstruction of the 1945–1956 transformation formed the central part of the work.
