== Internal power struggle ==
During 2024, Marku Ionuț became involved in an internal power struggle within the [[Bucharest Butchers]]. Together with [[Stefan Shrankenhaus]] and [[Florin Ionuț]], he planned an internal takeover of the organization.  

The plan involved aligning the Bucharest Butchers more directly with the [[Tanoa Einsatzgruppen]] and restructuring the organization in order to increase its political protection and financial power.

As part of this effort, Marku Ionuț sought to gain control over overseas operations, particularly those in [[Los Angeles]]. These operations were still influenced by [[Petru Ionuț]], who had begun distancing himself from the organization.

Marku Ionuț considered Petru Ionuț’s independence a threat to his plans. In August 2024 he persuaded [[Iakob Ionuț]] to eliminate Petru Ionuț, promising increased authority and financial reward in exchange. Petru Ionuț was killed on 21 August 2024.

Following this event, Marku Ionuț continued efforts to consolidate control inside the organization, though the broader structure of the Bucharest Butchers was already destabilizing due to the collapse of the [[Tanoa Einsatzgruppen]].
