On an unspecified date during the wider collapse, Ionuț realized that the situation around her was failing and voluntarily became the sacrifice in a Glöbberist ritual. Glöbberists treated sacrifice as payment to [[The Gentleman]] for an expected return. Ionuț expected the Gentleman to grant her power after death. She also believed that the sacrifice would preserve Glöbbery during the collapse. The ritual was intended to punish the order's enemies.
