Snagov helped design [[California 2040]]. On 12 October 2021, he took part in the first planning memorandum for the project. His part focused on Snubable security methods. A revised California 2040 paper circulated on 14 January 2024, and Snagov supported the revised plan because it would have moved Snubable methods into a larger underground facility in [[California]].<ref name="snubable-long-term"/>

By mid-2024, Snagov had turned against the direction of Snubable leadership. On 24 June 2024, he prepared a plan to place [[Marku Ionuț]] and [[Florin Ionuț]] in one section of the Snubable Enterprise main building. The same plan named [[Richard Rambam]] and [[Peter Pecker]]. Snagov intended to destroy the section through a controlled gas leak. The plan remained unfinished, with fear of capture and torture given as the likely reason. It was later found after Snubable Enterprise collapsed.
