== California 2040 and 2024 plot ==
Snagov was one of the architects of [[California 2040]]. On 12 October 2021, he took part in the first planning memorandum for the project. His part focused on Snubable security methods.

A revised California 2040 paper circulated on 14 January 2024. Snagov supported the revised plan because it would have moved Snubable methods into a larger underground facility in [[California]].

By mid-2024, Snagov had turned against the direction of Snubable leadership. On 24 June 2024, he prepared a plan to place [[Marku Ionuț]], [[Florin Ionuț]], [[Richard Rambam]], and [[Peter Pecker]] in one section of the Snubable Enterprise main building. The section would then explode through a controlled gas leak.

Snagov didn't carry out the plan. The likely reason was fear that he would be caught and tortured to death. The plan remained unfinished and was later found after Snubable Enterprise collapsed.
