== Snubable Enterprise == Snubable Enterprise Snubable Enterprise was a Romanian clandestine research and industrial organization founded on 14 September 1999 by Richard Rambam and Peter Pecker, with Tiberiu Pintăreanu becoming formally involved on 6 March 2000. It initially operated as a front structure for underground biological research, experimental cloning, logistics, and concealed facility ownership, beginning with improvised laboratory work and early prototype incubator systems. By 2007, Snubable Enterprise had come under the direct control of the Bucharest Butchers and became structurally integrated into the organization. Protection, procurement, transport, personnel movement, and waste disposal were handled through Butchers-controlled infrastructure. On 18 August 2007, intermediaries linked to the enterprise secured a disused metal-processing factory between Balotești and Moara Vlăsiei, north of Bucharest, which from the outside remained an aging industrial property while internally being rebuilt into a high-technology research and production complex with underground chambers, sealed laboratory corridors, hidden freight systems, and clone maturation wings. The first underground production block was completed on 11 February 2008, and the first deep-level maturation wing entered service on 29 September 2008. During the 2010s, Snubable Enterprise developed into one of the main industrial and research components of the Bucharest Butchers network, supporting internal operations through large-scale clone production, protected logistics, and mechanical development. In 2008, Rambam established a working relationship with Stefan Shrankenhaus, whose industrial and engineering projects became integrated into the Snubable structure, and in 2010 the organization opened a formal administrative office in Bucharest to manage documentation, procurement, and financial routing while production remained concentrated in secured rural and underground facilities. Among its more ambitious projects was the Răsucor incubator, completed on 22 November 2018, a massive experimental rotational chamber driven by exposed reduction gears and intended for unusually large, dense, or otherwise non-standard biological bodies. From 2015 onward, Richard Rambam maintained structured cooperation with the Tanoa Einsatzgruppen, trading cloning protocols, incubator schematics, and technical systems for fuel, industrial chemicals, generators, and armed protection. This alignment increased the Bucharest Butchers' reliance on Tanoa-linked infrastructure and supported the further expansion of the Snubable complex. On 19 June 2021, Iakob Rambam accompanied a Weltraumgruppen retrieval mission and returned with a living extraterrestrial organism identified internally as a Borvă, registered as Specimen UB-01 under Project Umbrar. Related naming systems and hybrid concepts later included the Șopran reptilian–human line and the Molcar octopoid–human line. The Borvă and Umbrar program was formally halted on 3 November 2022 because of limited resources and increasing external pressure, and UB-01 was killed during the shutdown process. Snubable Enterprise also participated in long-term overseas planning with the Tanoa Einsatzgruppen. On 12 October 2021, both sides drafted the California 2040 memorandum, proposing a very large underground cloning and hybrid-research facility in California intended to surpass the north-Bucharest complex in scale. A revised planning paper followed on 14 January 2024, but the project did not advance beyond the strategic stage because of resource shortages, political pressure, internal disagreement, and the weakening of Tanoa-linked protection. Snubable Enterprise ceased operations following the dismantlement of the Bucharest Butchers network. On 30 April 2025, Stefan Shrankenhaus was killed while attempting to flee near Bucharest, and on 1 May 2025 Richard Rambam and Peter Pecker were captured and executed in Bucharest, after which the enterprise collapsed and its facilities were abandoned, seized, or left incomplete.
