== Final phase and closure == During November 2024, the camp’s operations began to break down as the Tanoa Einsatzgruppen lost central coordination. Orders from regional and central offices became unreliable, shipping movements slowed, and supplies became irregular. After the Tanoa Einsatzgruppen ceased to exist as an organized state structure on 30 November 2024, Annobón transit camp stopped functioning as an active detention site. Surviving records from the camp became part of later documentation on forced labor, maritime detention, transfer policy, and Bau-Einsatz administration.
