'''Atto della Convocazione''' (''Act of the Convocation'') was the final signed act of the [[Convocazione Settentrionale della Famiglia Nostrini]]. It was signed on 30 April 1811 at the [[Casa di San Michele]] in [[Aversa]], then part of the [[Kingdom of Naples]]. The act recognized [[Vittorio Nostrini]] as capofamiglia of the Nostrini family. It confirmed the authority of the main northern branch and ordered the transfer of the central family archive from [[Calabria]].<ref name="convocazione-decisions"/>

The act formed part of the early administrative history of the [[Noord family]], then known as the Nostrini family. It ended the succession dispute that followed the death of [[Domenico Nostrini]] on 18 November 1810 and set the terms for the family's shift away from its older Calabrian seat.<ref name="convocazione-lead"/><ref name="noord"/>

== Background ==
The Nostrini family was established in [[Calabria]] on 14 September 1761 by [[Lorenzo Nostrini]]. By the early nineteenth century, the family had branches in Calabria, [[Aversa]], and [[Naples]]. The legal position of southern Italian estates changed after the reforms in the Kingdom of Naples in 1806. The change led the family to review land papers and inheritance claims. Branch obligations were also reviewed before the Aversa meeting.<ref name="convocazione-background"/>

Domenico Nostrini died in Calabria on 18 November 1810. On 3 December 1810, Vittorio Nostrini issued the ''lettera di convocazione'', ordering the senior branch representatives to appear at Aversa. [[Saverio Nostrini]] delivered written objections on 17 January 1811 and opposed the northern relocation plan. On 26 February 1811, [[Carlo Bellandi]] prepared the first ''ordine della seduta''. The order fixed the sequence of speakers, defined proxy authority, and set the signing method for the final act.<ref name="convocazione-proceedings"/>

The delegates arrived at Aversa on 21 April 1811. The convocation opened at the Casa di San Michele on 23 April 1811. The family council sat from 23 to 27 April and heard statements from the main branches.<ref name="convocazione-sittings"/>

== Signing and terms ==
The final vote was held on 28 April 1811. Vittorio Nostrini's party won after [[Raffaele Nostrini (Ionian branch leader)|Raffaele Nostrini]] supported the relocation settlement. Saverio Nostrini and [[Francesco Nostrini]] accepted the result after the agreement preserved local agents for the remaining Calabrian property.<ref name="convocazione-vote"/>

Carlo Bellandi prepared the ''verbale della seduta'' and the Atto della Convocazione as the legal records of the meeting. The act was signed on 30 April 1811. It recognized Vittorio Nostrini as capofamiglia, confirmed the authority of the main northern branch, and ordered the transfer of the central family archive from Calabria.<ref name="documentation"/><ref name="convocazione-decisions"/>

The act preserved the Calabrian branch instead of removing its separate authority. Saverio Nostrini remained ''capo del ramo calabrese'' and kept authority over selected southern properties under the settlement. The [[Statuto domestico Nostrini]] was copied and sealed on 12 May 1811. It set written rules for succession and branch authority. It also regulated marriage approval and proxy signatures. == Later use ==
After the signing, the Casa di San Michele became the receiving point for the transferred archive. The first archive chests reached the house on 7 September 1811, where [[Benedetto Nostrini]] catalogued them for the northern household.<ref name="casa"/>

Benedetto Nostrini documented the internal family account after the act was signed. He completed the first version of the [[Memoria familiare della Convocazione Settentrionale della Famiglia Nostrini]] on 18 June 1811. Later family records relied on his account for the internal history of the convocation.<ref name="benedetto"/>

The act marked the start of the family's movement toward northern Italy. Between 1812 and 1819, the moving branches began using the surname Norte in northern records, while the older Nostrini name remained tied to the Calabrian origin of the family.<ref name="convocazione-aftermath"/>
