It served as the main administrative seat of the northern branch during the succession dispute that followed the death of [[Domenico Nostrini]]. The Casa di San Michele was used by the northern branch of the Nostrini family before the 1811 convocation. == Later use ==
After the convocation, the Casa di San Michele remained the residence and administrative seat of Vittorio Nostrini.
