This template is used for islands, islets, and archipelagos in the Vrienden Universe.

Use only fields that are useful for the article. Leave unused fields out of page wikitext.

Common Fields

• name - island or archipelago name.
• image / image_caption - main image and caption.
• image_map / image_map_caption - locator or political map.
• coordinates - coordinates, normally with {{coord}}.
• location - sea, ocean, lake, or region where the island is located.
• archipelago - island group, when applicable.
• area_km2, length_km, width_km, coastline_km, elevation_m - physical statistics.
• country - controlling country, state, organization, or polity.
• country_admin_divisions_title / country_admin_divisions - local administrative division.
• population / population_as_of - population and date.
• footnotes - short notes or source notes.

Disputed Islands

For a disputed island or archipelago, add:
