Charlie Noord
Charlie Noord is a member of the Noord family. Little is known about him.
He is suspected to have been born in Rotterdam, the Netherlands around 1960-1965. There are no reported records or documents that ever mentioned him apart from a letter from Walter Noord which contained the sentence "Is Charlie coming as well?".

Charlie is suspected to have spent all his life in Noord-Rotterdam and still resides there, but he is rarely seen if at all. Only the locals know him, and they do not talk about him.
