Antonio Nostrini (29 January 1751 – 19 December 1856) was an Italian member of the Nostrini branch of the Noord family. He was the youngest child of Lorenzo Nostrini and Caterina Ferraro Nostrini. His son, Vittorio Nostrini, became capofamiglia in 1811.

Family background

Antonio was born at Casa Nostrini in Cosenza on 29 January 1751. Cosenza was then part of Calabria Citra in the Kingdom of Naples. His older brother was Domenico Nostrini, and his older sister was Teresa Nostrini.

Lorenzo established the formal Nostrini household line in Calabria on 14 September 1761, when Antonio was ten years old. The family seat developed at Casa Nostrini under Lorenzo's authority.

Family line

Antonio's son Vittorio was born in Aversa on 3 March 1778. Vittorio formally entered the northern branch register on 12 February 1802.

Vittorio later represented the northern branch of the family. The Convocazione Settentrionale della Famiglia Nostrini recognized him as capofamiglia on 30 April 1811.

Through Vittorio, Antonio was the paternal grandfather of Matteo Norte. Matteo married Camilla Norte, who descended through Antonio's brother Domenico. Lorenzo and Caterina were therefore the common great-grandparents of the couple.

Antonio died on 19 December 1856 at the age of 105.
