UTC+3

From the Vrienden Universe, a fictional wiki

UTC+3 is a time offset that is three hours ahead of Coordinated Universal Time. It is also written as UTC+03:00.

The offset is used as a standard time zone in parts of Eastern Europe, western Asia, East Africa, and the Middle East. It is also used as daylight saving time in some areas that normally observe UTC+2.

UTC+3 is used to calculate local time by adding three hours to Coordinated Universal Time. For example, when it is 12:00 UTC, the local time in a UTC+3 area is 15:00.

The offset may be used throughout the year as standard time, or seasonally as summer time depending on the country or region.

Time zones using UTC+3 include several regional names. These include Eastern European Summer Time, East Africa Time, Arabia Standard Time, Moscow Time, and Turkey Time.

Some regions use UTC+3 permanently, while others use it only during daylight saving periods.
