== Formation of De Vrienden ==
In 1974, Angelo Noord formed a close friend group with [[Martin Paap]], marking the beginning of what would later be known as '''De Vrienden'''. At the time, both were adolescents.

Over the following years, additional members joined the group:

* [[Imro van Hetten]] (early 1975)  
* [[Lourens Schroeter]] (later 1975)  
* [[Eef Hoos]] (1976)

Within the group, Angelo Noord became known for his emphasis on documentation, organization, and structural coherence.
