== Activity ==
From 2021 onward, the Fish Collective escalated its activity. Its methods combined intelligence exposure with direct action. The organization targeted high-ranking individuals, administrative nodes, financial structures, and logistical systems linked to the Tanoa Einsatzgruppen and its affiliates.

The group placed particular emphasis on exposing links between the Tanoan regime and external criminal or political networks. Its activity contributed to the weakening of Tanoan protection systems, the disruption of affiliated criminal structures, and the exposure of senior elite figures across Europe and overseas territories. The Fish Collective also built working relations with native populations, forced laborers, internal dissidents, and other anti-Tanoan resistance elements. These relationships became important during the final phase of the Tanoan state, when resistance activity shifted from intelligence gathering into coordinated action against senior leadership and administrative infrastructure.
