== Arrest and conviction ==
On 2 May 2025, Romanian authorities detained Viktor Rambam at his apartment in [[Bucharest]]. The arrest took place one day after Snubable Enterprise ceased operations. Rambam resisted when officers attempted to handcuff him. He was beaten, forced to the floor, and restrained.

After the officers confirmed that he was the father of [[Petru Rambam]] and [[Iakob Rambam]], Rambam was beaten again while already under control. He was then removed from the apartment and taken for questioning.

The apartment in Bucharest was searched on 2 May 2025. Investigators seized payment records from Snubable Enterprise. Septicsolution documents were also seized from the apartment. The family property in [[Brebeni]] was searched after the apartment raid. Equipment connected to Septicsolution was taken from the property.

On 19 February 2026, Rambam was convicted of criminal support for Snubable Enterprise. The court also convicted him of waste-transport fraud. He was convicted of concealment of evidence in the same judgment. He was sentenced to 24 years in prison.
