Viktor Rambam (born 12 March 1953) is a Romanian criminal and former adviser connected to Septicsolution and Snubable Enterprise. He is the father of Petru Rambam and Iakob Rambam. After the collapse of Snubable Enterprise in 2025, he was convicted for criminal support, waste-transport fraud, and concealment of evidence, and was sentenced to 24 years in prison.
Early life
[edit | edit source]Viktor Rambam was born in Slatina, Olt County, Romania, on 12 March 1953. His father was Nicolae Rambam. He grew up around Slatina and nearby rural areas, where septic tanks, drainage pits, farm waste, and small sanitation jobs were common local work.
Rambam later lived around Brebeni and the wider Slatina area. His household was simple and was connected to septic work, old pump equipment, waste routes, and farm service jobs.
Career
[edit | edit source]Viktor Rambam worked as a septic tank cleaner from 1971 to 2007. He worked around Slatina, Brebeni, and nearby rural areas in Olt County.
In 2007, Rambam stopped working as a septic tank cleaner and was given an advisory role connected to Snubable Enterprise. His advice was based on waste and sanitation related equipment and ideas. He also helped Septicsolution by giving practical support to Petru Rambam and Iakob Rambam.
Rambam stayed in this advisory role until the collapse of Snubable Enterprise in 2025. In his later years with the organization, Snubable Enterprise funded a big apartment for him in Bucharest. The apartment became his main residence before his arrest.
Septicsolution
[edit | edit source]Viktor Rambam supported Septicsolution through his old septic work and local contacts. He supplied old septic equipment, gave advice on pump use, and allowed tools and waste-handling material to be stored at family property.
Septicsolution used septic routes, slurry equipment, service vehicles, pump units, and sanitation paperwork. Rambam helped Petru Rambam and Iakob Rambam with practical knowledge from his years as a septic tank cleaner. His support helped the company reach farms, yards, public service buildings, and rural waste sites.
The support also connected family property in Brebeni to Septicsolution activity. Old hoses, barrels, pump parts, and route notes were later found there after the 2025 collapse.
Snubable Enterprise

In 2026, Rambam was convicted of criminal support for Snubable Enterprise, waste-transport fraud, and concealment of evidence. He was sentenced to 24 years in prison.

Petru Rambam worked in logistics and destruction work for Snubable Enterprise. Iakob Rambam worked in waste management and space mission support. Both sons died on 1 May 2025 during the collapse of Snubable Enterprise.
In his later years, Viktor Rambam lived in a big apartment in Bucharest funded by Snubable Enterprise. He still kept links to Brebeni and the Slatina area through old septic contacts, stored equipment, and family property connected to Septicsolution.
