Petru Rambam (17 February 1982 – 1 May 2025) was a Romanian logistics operator who worked for Snubable Enterprise from 2002 until its collapse in 2025. He ran Septicsolution with his brother Iakob Rambam from 2010 and became Snubable's head of destruction in 2014. He was also a Bloodhound in the Bucharest Butchers. During the later part of his life, Rambam became increasingly dependent on drugs supplied by Richard Rambam and suffered a severe decline in his health and behaviour. He died by suicide with Iakob on 1 May 2025.

Early life

Petru Rambam was born in Brebeni, Olt County, on 17 February 1982. His father was Viktor Rambam, and his brothers were Iakob Rambam and Emin Rambam. During adolescence, Petru displayed voyeuristic behaviour and was caught spying on girls in a public bathroom when he was fifteen. The behaviour stopped after he began studying logistics and warehouse management in 2000. He performed well on the course, and later intelligence testing recorded an IQ score of 110. During the same period he began a relationship with Lavinia Cernescu, whom he loved and treated well.

Richard Rambam began offering Petru paid work for Snubable Enterprise while he was still studying. As Petru accepted more of this work, Richard increased the amount of time he expected him to spend at Snubable and pressured him to place the Rambam family ahead of his education. By 2002, Petru had abandoned his studies and was working for Snubable full time. His relationship with Cernescu survived the change and continued after his recruitment.

Career

In 2010, Petru and Iakob Rambam were placed in charge of Septicsolution, which had been created by Snubable Enterprise as a sanitation company. The brothers ran its daily operation, with Petru handling disposal paperwork and dealing with managers at Snubable facilities while both men controlled staff assignments and the movement of company vehicles. Their control of Septicsolution later gave them a direct part in Snubable's illegal waste disposal, since material from restricted facilities was moved through the company under false sanitation descriptions.

Petru was working with Mihai Dobreanu on property clearance by 2012. Two years later he became Snubable Enterprise's head of destruction and remained in the position until 2025. His crews cleared properties required by the organization and demolished buildings that stood on them, sometimes using explosives and in other cases destroying structures by fire. Owners who resisted were intimidated into leaving. Records recovered from Petru's residence also described occasions when he wanted farm buildings demolished without first removing the cattle inside, leaving the animals to die during the destruction.

Criminal conduct

The waste handled under Petru and Iakob's management of Septicsolution included material from restricted production areas that could not lawfully have been disposed of through the company's public sanitation work. Records were altered to conceal its origin before the material was moved to hidden storage or disposal sites. Petru's destruction work likewise served Snubable's seizure and concealment of property, with demolition following the intimidation of owners who refused to leave land wanted by the organization.

Rambam also sexually assaulted detained clones at Snubable-controlled facilities. In 2024, Snobbina Rambam was assigned to him and moved into his home. Petru described her as his love while repeatedly sexually assaulting her, with later examination of her body finding injuries caused by repeated assault with toilet brushes. On 30 April 2025, he shot Snobbina inside the residence and left her body there as Snubable Enterprise was collapsing. Away from Snubable property, Petru repeatedly vandalised grocery stores and shopping malls. He also targeted public bathrooms, where he damaged or removed cleaning equipment.

Personal life

Petru remained with Lavinia Cernescu until 2009, when she disappeared without warning. He spent the rest of his life without learning what had happened to her. Files recovered after the collapse of the Bucharest Butchers later stated that Richard Rambam had ordered Peter Pecker to abduct Cernescu and deliver her to Porno Bucharest. She was held there for weeks and was raped first by Marku Ionuț, with Dorin Petrescu also abusing her during her captivity. Cernescu was eventually placed aboard a ship bound for Tanoa, but escaped from the cell in which she was being transported. The captain, Bogdan Ionuț, shot her after the escape and had her body dumped into the Pacific Ocean.

Petru's behaviour began deteriorating again after Cernescu disappeared. Richard gradually supplied him with Adrenochrome and used his access to the drug to make Petru increasingly reliant on him. Methamphetamine and cocaine were introduced later as Richard continued using Petru's dependence to secure his compliance and keep him working. Between 2014 and 2016, as his condition worsened, Petru moved into a public bathroom at a children's playground that had been converted into a small house. The conversion added a kitchen and bedroom to the building, while another part was used as his office and storage space. Some of the original bathroom remained in place. By 2020, Petru had become sufficiently disoriented that Richard began taking 75 percent of his income in the expectation that he would not notice.

Petru continued to use a red 1925 Renault NN as his only car. It carried the registration plate Blbl. and remained in poor mechanical condition, producing blue exhaust smoke when driven at full power. Petru had removed the rear bench and installed an industrial freezer in its place, which he kept filled with peas.

For much of Petru's decline, Iakob Rambam was the person who most consistently kept his behaviour under control. This changed in mid-2024 when the brothers began taking drugs together and introduced one another to substances that the other had not previously used. Their dependence developed rapidly. While intoxicated, they experimented with feces and urine and also used pus taken from biological waste handled by Septicsolution. By late 2024 both men were in poor health, and Iakob's own drug use had caused severe neurological damage by early 2025. Their condition continued to deteriorate during the months before their deaths.

Death

On 1 May 2025, while Snubable Enterprise and the Bucharest Butchers were being dismantled, Petru and Iakob Rambam left the Bucharest area and travelled to Dealul Istrița, near Pietroasele in Buzău County. The brothers died by suicide there on the same day. Petru, who was 43, died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
