Iakob Rambam (4 September 1983 – 1 May 2025) was a Romanian waste-management operator and criminal associate connected to Snubable Enterprise and Septicsolution. He ran Septicsolution with his brother Petru Rambam, handling septic work, slurry transport, waste movement, and sanitation cover for Snubable-linked sites in and around Bucharest.

Rambam's main work inside the Snubable structure was waste management and space mission support. He handled contaminated fluids, slurry, cleaning waste, septic routes, tanker movement, and restricted material through Septicsolution. In 2021, he accompanied a Weltraumgruppen retrieval mission linked to the Tanoa Einsatzgruppen. The mission returned with a living extraterrestrial organism later registered as Specimen UB-01 under Project Umbrar.

Early life

[edit | edit source]

Iakob Rambam was born in Brebeni, Olt County, Romania, near Slatina, on 4 September 1983. His father was Viktor Rambam. He grew up in a simple household and spent much of his early life around farm roads, storage yards, drainage ditches, and rural service areas.

As a child, Rambam threw feces of all kinds at strangers in his village and nearby public areas. The incidents were treated as local nuisance behaviour and became part of his early record.

Snubable Enterprise

[edit | edit source]

Iakob Rambam became active inside the Snubable Enterprise support system through waste movement, sanitation work, and service access. His work gave Snubable a way to move waste, contaminated fluids, and restricted material through sanitation routes.

After the Bucharest Butchers became the parent organization of Snubable Enterprise in 2007, waste transport became part of the support network. Rambam worked through Septicsolution and used tanker routes, pump equipment, disposal paperwork, and rural service access to support Snubable-linked sites.

Septicsolution

[edit | edit source]

Iakob Rambam and Petru Rambam ran Septicsolution, a company connected to septic maintenance, slurry transport, industrial cleaning, fluid removal, and waste transport. The company worked as a sanitation contractor and also supported Snubable Enterprise.

Septicsolution vehicles moved between farms, storage yards, service buildings, public bathrooms, industrial sites, and restricted Snubable locations. The company used slurry trucks, tankers, slurry trailers, sealed containers, pump units, hoses, and service vans.

Inside the Snubable system, Septicsolution handled contaminated fluids, biological waste, cleaning residue, industrial runoff, discarded laboratory material, and slurry from animal-holding areas. Some material was listed as septic waste, wastewater, or farm slurry in company paperwork.

Waste-management work

[edit | edit source]

Rambam's main focus was waste management. He handled tanker routes, pump equipment, service crews, waste-transfer points, holding tanks, and disposal records. He also helped keep drainage areas, service corridors, and waste-storage sites working around Snubable-linked facilities.

His work allowed Snubable Enterprise to clear waste from restricted sites using its own support network. Tankers and cleaning crews entered facilities, removed material, and left under sanitation paperwork. Septicsolution was used for cleanup work, emergency disposal, and the movement of waste from sites that were being closed, searched, or abandoned.

2018 Bucharest slurry incident

[edit | edit source]

In 2018, Rambam drove a slurry truck in Bucharest and sprayed slurry over people in a public area. The incident was recorded on video and led to complaints against Septicsolution.

The truck used in the incident belonged to the Septicsolution fleet. The vehicle was later returned to service after cleaning and minor repair work.

Space missions

[edit | edit source]

On 19 June 2021, Iakob Rambam accompanied a Weltraumgruppen retrieval mission linked to the Tanoa Einsatzgruppen. The mission returned with a living extraterrestrial organism that Snubable Enterprise identified as a Borvă. In formal records, the specimen was registered as Specimen UB-01 under Project Umbrar.

Rambam's role covered retrieval support, transfer work, containment movement, and sanitation handling after the specimen entered Snubable control. His work after the mission included waste control around contaminated equipment and service access for restricted storage areas.

Criminal conduct

[edit | edit source]

Rambam was involved in waste-transport fraud, illegal disposal, false sanitation records, obstruction of environmental oversight, and concealment of Snubable-linked material. Under his management, Septicsolution tankers and slurry equipment moved contaminated fluids, biological waste, laboratory residue, and industrial runoff under false descriptions.

He was also involved in public nuisance and property-related offences. These included the childhood feces-throwing incidents and the 2018 slurry-truck incident in Bucharest.

Residence and personal life

[edit | edit source]

Iakob Rambam lived in a shack in Snagov Forest, north of Bucharest. The shack was used as his main residence while he worked through Septicsolution and Snubable-linked waste routes. It was built from timber, sheet metal, plastic panels, and reused storage material.

In 2006, Rambam had a girlfriend for about three months. She became pregnant during the relationship. After the breakup, the mother barred him from seeing the child.

Rambam worked closely with his brother Petru Rambam. Their work overlapped through Septicsolution, waste movement, slurry transport, rural access, and support duties for Snubable Enterprise.

Death

[edit | edit source]

On 1 May 2025, during the collapse of Snubable Enterprise and the dismantlement of the Bucharest Butchers network, Iakob Rambam left the Bucharest area with Petru Rambam. The two travelled to Dealul Istrița, near Pietroasele in Buzău County.

Iakob Rambam and Petru Rambam died by suicide together on the hill that same day. Iakob Rambam shot himself in the face. Their deaths took place during the final collapse of Snubable Enterprise and ended their roles in Septicsolution, waste-management work, and Snubable support operations.
