The '''Fish Collective''' is a decentralized clandestine organization founded in 2019 by [[Mark Hugerinus Paap]] and [[John Hugerinus Paap]]. The group adopted its formal name in 2021, after earlier activity without a public identity. It collected intelligence, exposed criminal and paramilitary figures, sabotaged infrastructure, and carried out direct action against senior figures connected to the [[Tanoa Einsatzgruppen]], the [[Bucharest Butchers]], and [[Snubable Enterprise]].

The organization played a central role in the collapse of the Tanoa Einsatzgruppen in November 2024 and later contributed to the dismantlement of the Bucharest Butchers and Snubable Enterprise in 2025. Although the deaths of its founders weakened central coordination, the group did not formally disband and continued to exist through semi-independent cells.

Their deaths became a central factor in his later investigation of the Tanoa Einsatzgruppen. The regime publicly blamed local resistance groups for the destruction of the aircraft, but later disclosures and resistance intelligence linked the shootdown to Tanoan military systems. In 2019, Mark attempted to enter Tanoa to investigate the crash and related regime activity. He was intercepted by patrol units of the [[Tanoanische-Urwaldkorps]] and forced to withdraw through [[Rereki]] to [[New Caledonia]]. After this failed entry, Mark and his cousin [[John Hugerinus Paap]] began forming a decentralized network intended to operate outside Tanoan territorial control.

This allowed the network to gather information on the Tanoa Einsatzgruppen and its connected institutions while limiting exposure of members and supporters.

The term Collective reflected the group’s self-description as a voluntary association of individuals acting in coordination without formal command. The name also distinguished the organization from older resistance groups, criminal factions, and territorial militias. Mark Hugerinus Paap became the main symbolic figure of the organization. He did not hold a formal office equivalent to a commander or political leader, but his visibility, personal history, and operational role gave him the closest position to central leadership within the group. John Hugerinus Paap remained important in coordination, planning, and external support.

The group’s structure differed from the centralized systems it opposed. The Tanoa Einsatzgruppen relied on the [[Führer of Tanoa]], the [[Deputy Führer of Tanoa]], the [[Oberkommando der Tanoa Einsatzgruppen]], ministries, paramilitary offices, and territorial command systems. == Activity ==

The group placed particular emphasis on exposing links between the Tanoan regime and external criminal or political networks. Its activity contributed to the weakening of Tanoan protection systems, the disruption of affiliated criminal structures, and the exposure of senior elite figures across Europe and overseas territories. The Fish Collective also built working relations with native populations, forced laborers, internal dissidents, and other anti-Tanoan resistance elements. These relationships became important during the final phase of the Tanoan state, when resistance activity shifted from intelligence gathering into coordinated action against senior leadership and administrative infrastructure.

== Patagonia operations ==

[[John Hugerinus Paap]] played a central role in operations connected to [[Patagonia]]. In August 2024, he killed [[Daniel Paap]] and senior generals linked to the Tanoan command structure. Daniel Paap had served as [[Deputy Führer of Tanoa]] and was one of the main administrative figures in the regime.

== Bucharest operations ==

After the collapse of the Tanoa Einsatzgruppen, the Fish Collective remained active against structures that had depended on Tanoan protection. The most important of these were the [[Bucharest Butchers]] and [[Snubable Enterprise]].

In 2024 and early 2025, the Fish Collective carried out coordinated actions against infrastructure connected to Snubable Enterprise and the Bucharest Butchers. Key sites were breached, operational control declined, and senior figures attempted to flee or reorganize. On 30 April 2025, Stefan Shrankenhaus died during a vehicle pursuit near Bucharest after his car crashed into a tree. On 1 May 2025, [[Richard Rambam]] and [[Peter Pecker]] were captured and executed in Bucharest. Snubable Enterprise ceased operations after these events. Its facilities were abandoned, seized, or left incomplete.

The Bucharest Butchers collapsed in May 2025 following coordinated actions by the Fish Collective and the elimination of senior leadership figures. Andrei Ionuț attempted to flee Romania after the collapse of the Tanoa Einsatzgruppen and Fish Collective actions against the network. He was apprehended after a chase on 1 May 2025 and later imprisoned. Further files concerning his leadership were added to the case record after his imprisonment. After 433 days in custody, he was sentenced to death and executed by firing squad in Bucharest on 8 July 2026.
