Rainer Rogganoid (12 February 1938 – 21 September 2007) was a Romanian property owner from the Rogganoid family. He was the father of Rasmus Rogganoid, the owner of Hotel Rogganoid.
Early life
Rainer Rogganoid was born in Băneasa, Bucharest, Romania, on 12 February 1938. He grew up in northern Bucharest, where the Rogganoid family held property before the family entered the hotel business.
Career
Rogganoid worked as a property owner in Bucharest from the 1960s. His work was based mainly in Băneasa, where the family held land and buildings later used for the Rogganoid hotel business.
The family property became the base for Hotel Rogganoid, which opened under the ownership of his son Rasmus Rogganoid on 17 April 1998. Rainer did not own the hotel, but the resort developed from the family property line he maintained.
Personal life
Rainer Rogganoid was married to Viorica Rogganoid, born Viorica Cernat. They had four sons: Rolf Rogganoid, Rasmus Rogganoid, Renat Rogganoid, and Rikard Rogganoid.
Death
Rainer Rogganoid died in Bucharest on 21 September 2007.
