Rogganoid family
The Rogganoid family is a Romanian family from Băneasa, Bucharest. The family developed from a northern Bucharest property line and later became known for Hotel Rogganoid, a luxury resort owned by Rasmus Rogganoid.
The family became connected to Snubable Enterprise after Rasmus Rogganoid commissioned the R-Series, a limited edition clone series made from him. The public use of the R-Series at Hotel Rogganoid led to the Hotel Rogganoid bombing on 9 June 2014.
Origins
The Rogganoid family originated in northern Bucharest during the nineteenth century. The older family line held property in the area that later became part of Băneasa.
Radu Rogganoid is the earliest recorded member of the family. He worked as a property holder and trader in northern Bucharest. His son, Remus Rogganoid, kept the family property during the early twentieth century.
Răzvan Rogganoid, the son of Remus Rogganoid, continued the family line in Bucharest. His son, Rainer Rogganoid, later became the main property owner of the family during the Vriend Era.
Băneasa property line
Rainer Rogganoid was born in Băneasa on 12 February 1938. He owned property in northern Bucharest and kept the family business based around land and buildings in the area.
Rainer Rogganoid married Viorica Rogganoid, born Viorica Cernat. Their sons were Rolf Rogganoid, Rasmus Rogganoid, Renat Rogganoid, and Rikard Rogganoid.
The family property later became the base for Hotel Rogganoid. Rasmus Rogganoid owned and controlled the hotel, while his brothers worked around property management, hotel work, and promotion.
Hotel Rogganoid
Hotel Rogganoid opened on 17 April 1998 at Strada Privighetorilor 41 in Băneasa, Bucharest. The hotel was owned by Rasmus Rogganoid and operated as a luxury resort on the northern edge of the city.
The hotel became the main public business of the Rogganoid family. Rasmus used the family name as the public identity of the resort.
R-Series clones
On 13 May 2011, Rasmus Rogganoid paid Snubable Enterprise €4.8 million for the creation of the R-Series. The R-Series was a limited edition clone series made from Rasmus as the genetic source. The clones were manufactured from 3 September 2011 to 28 November 2012.
The R-Series clones were placed at Hotel Rogganoid on 12 January 2013. They worked as the resort staff and handled the daily running of the hotel.
Rasmus Rogganoid broke his agreement with Snubable Enterprise on 4 March 2014 by advertising the R-Series clones as part of the resort. Snubable Enterprise did not want public attention on the clone series. By May 2014, visitors were coming to the resort partly to see the clones working there.
Hotel Rogganoid bombing
Hotel Rogganoid was destroyed on 9 June 2014 in the Hotel Rogganoid bombing. The attack was carried out by Jibbut Snagov against the resort and the R-Series clones working there.
The bombing killed 47 people, including Rasmus Rogganoid and 46 others. Rasmus was killed when the upper floors collapsed and heavy concrete fell onto him.
After the bombing, Jibbut Snagov also targeted the remaining close members of the family. On 9 June 2014, Snagov personally shot Viorica Rogganoid, Rolf Rogganoid, and Renat Rogganoid. Rikard Rogganoid was also reported shot that day, but his body was not recovered. The family record treats Rikard as killed on 9 June 2014.
Romanian police publicly described the destruction of Hotel Rogganoid as a gas explosion on 10 June 2014. The public explanation did not identify Jibbut Snagov, Snubable Enterprise, or the R-Series clones as part of the incident.
