State structure

[edit | edit source]

A fascist state is run through a central government that holds the main political power. The leader or ruling office directs the state and controls public administration through official institutions.

State authority is placed above independent political groups. Public offices are expected to serve the direction of the government.

Political control

[edit | edit source]

A fascist state controls political activity through the ruling authority. Opposition is restricted because the state does not allow rival groups to challenge its power.

Law and security are used to keep the government in control. Public institutions follow official policy and operate under state direction.
