Vrienden Universe:Community
The Vrienden Universe was created by Perri and Jakob after the old fandom (created in 2019) named De Lijers De Vrienden was deleted for unclear reasons. It led to the creation of the Vrienden Universe which is a new and improved version of that fandom.
This wiki contains (almost) everything from the years of work and storybuilding for a Universe built from absolute scratch, however many things are inspired from games like Tanoa from Arma 3, but it has been heavily altered into the universe's storyline.
Contribution
[edit source]To contribute to the wiki you will need to understand the basics of what you are willing to edit, for example, if you want to add information to a Noord family member, you should understand that person's personality, history and behavior, such as a Noord would be very unlikely to be born in Takistan. If you are unsure of your edit but still want to post it, then you have to make sure to put (has to be checked by admin) for the admins/moderators to review your edit, if you do not add that or add no reason at all, your edit might be deleted and you might even be blocked for repeated offenses.
Creating a page
[edit source]If you were to create a new page absolutely from scratch then you have to make sure that the topic about that page is related to the universe either directly or indirectly, for example, creating a page about a random store that has no involvement with anything of the universe is likely to be deleted. But if you create a page of a store that for example Walter Noord caused trouble in and does not contradict with anything in his timeline, then the page will not be deleted but new pages are often reviewed or edited by admins or moderators with (more) knowledge.
Rules
[edit source]There are a few basic rules to understand when contributing to the Universe.
- Do not use slurs unless they are verified quotes of a person or location.
- Do not create pages unrelated to the Vrienden Universe
- Keep the pages neutral and in understandable English
- Try to refrain from posting edits or creations without a summary.
Profile
[edit source]On your own user profile, you can put in information about yourself related to the Vrienden Universe, it should not become a page to self-advertise. For example, you can write up your likes and dislikes but not multiple links linking to other websites for advertisement.
