Ingrid Rambam (7 March 1963 – 16 May 2025) was a Romanian biological scientist, facility architect, convicted rapist, and human trafficker. She worked for Snubable Enterprise, where she conducted experiments using biological material from A-Series clones and sexually abused clones under her control. After her dismissal in July 2024, she joined Porno Bucharest and later commanded a trafficking unit operating in Romania. Rambam was convicted of rape and human trafficking on 15 May 2025 and executed by firing squad in Băneasa, Bucharest, the following day.

Early life

Rambam was born in Slatina, Olt County, on 7 March 1963. On 15 September 1974, she entered a secondary school in Slatina, where teachers described her as quiet and academically gifted. She showed an early interest in plant biology and was regarded by classmates as a nerdy, innocent-looking girl who avoided parties and spent much of her free time reading or working in the school laboratory. On 22 May 1979, she won a municipal science competition with an experiment concerning plant regeneration.

Rambam began studying biology at the University of Bucharest on 1 October 1981. She started working as a delivery driver on 12 June 1982 to support herself during her studies and remained in the position until 30 August 1986. On 1 October 1986, she enrolled at the Ion Mincu University of Architecture and Urbanism, where she studied the design of laboratory buildings and controlled research spaces. On 17 November 1988, she conducted an unauthorized plant-grafting experiment on a laboratory animal and allowed it to die while continuing to record its reactions. She was formally reprimanded on 4 April 1990 after keeping another test animal restrained beyond the approved period.

Snubable Enterprise

Rambam later joined Snubable Enterprise as a biological scientist and facility architect. The organization operated secured laboratories and clone-production areas at its factory complex between Balotești and Moara Vlăsiei, north of Bucharest. Its A-Series clones were manufactured through accelerated biological growth and assigned to work inside Snubable-controlled facilities. Rambam combined plant tissue with biological material taken from A-Series clones, producing unstable plant–clone hybrids. She used living clones as experimental subjects and continued procedures after they showed serious physical deterioration.

Rambam raped clones under her control and subjected them to sexual humiliation. She used ropes to forcibly remove the non-functional testes of male clones. On 14 February 2024, she urinated and defecated on detained clones during an abuse session at a Snubable facility. She also repeatedly walked nude through company laboratories and production corridors.

On 18 July 2024, Rambam confined Stefan Shrankenhaus inside an enclosed room at a Snubable facility, prevented him from leaving, and forced him to perform a sexual act. Shrankenhaus led Snubable Shrankenhaus, the mechanical and industrial sub-department of Snubable Enterprise. After Richard Rambam learned of the assault, he dismissed her and permanently banned her from all Snubable properties. Rambam damaged equipment and interior property while being escorted from the facility and shouted slurs at personnel before she was removed from the grounds.

Porno Bucharest

Rambam joined Porno Bucharest as a trafficker on 22 July 2024. The department operated within the Bucharest Butchers under Marku Ionuț and maintained its own transport and enforcement structure. Her previous employment as a delivery driver led to her being assigned to vans used to move captives between department-controlled properties. Rambam exploited her access to the captives and committed repeated rapes. Before some assaults, she placed wet bags over victims' heads and beat them with a whip. She also tied captives down and forced grass into their mouths before raping them.

Ploiești killings

On 24 July 2024, Rambam met Dorin Petrescu during a Porno Bucharest meeting in Bucharest. Petrescu was the department's main field commander and controlled its transport and protection units. They developed a mutual sexual interest and travelled together to Ploiești the following day. On 25 July, they had sex in a public car park before two police officers confronted them. Petrescu shot both officers and left them dying at the scene. Rambam approached the officers and urinated and defecated on them before she and Petrescu deliberately drove over their bodies while leaving. She ended contact with Petrescu after the killings because she refused to have sex with the same person more than once.

Unit command

On 3 October 2024, Marku Ionuț placed Rambam in command of a mobile Porno Bucharest unit operating in Romania. The unit transported captives to department-controlled properties, with Rambam holding direct authority over its drivers and guards. She repeatedly abused members of the unit and sometimes shot subordinates for her own amusement. Marku praised her conduct and kept her in command.

On 19 November 2024, Marku sent Rambam a personal letter in which he wrote:

“I admire your lustfulness and the freedom with which you act. Porno Bucharest needs people who refuse restraint.”

The package containing the letter also held a USB drive filled with pornographic recordings that Marku had made of himself for Rambam to watch.

Trial and execution

The death of Marku Ionuț on 1 May 2025 removed the central authority of Porno Bucharest, after which police began targeting its remaining personnel and properties. Snubable Enterprise also ceased operating on 1 May following the capture and execution of Richard Rambam, Peter Pecker, and Mihai Dobreanu. Rambam was arrested by Romanian police on 2 May 2025. Her trial began on 4 May and continued until 15 May, examining her treatment of clones at Snubable Enterprise, her trafficking activity, the Ploiești killings, and her command of a Porno Bucharest unit.

During her detention, Rambam repeatedly attempted suicide. On 5 May, she broke a tile in her cell and used a fragment to cut her wrists, but guards intervened before the injuries became fatal. On 11 May, she attempted to hang herself with her belt and was again stopped by prison personnel. She was placed under continuous observation following the second attempt. Prison records also stated that she masturbated repeatedly in her cell throughout the detention period.

On 15 May 2025, Rambam was convicted of rape and human trafficking and sentenced to death. She was executed by firing squad at a tribunal detention compound in Băneasa on 16 May 2025, aged 62.
