Dr. Arnold Isaak Burgelstein (29 August 1952 – 22 May 2025) was a Basel-born Jewish physician and Glöbberist. He conducted adrenochrome experiments at the Rheintor Medical Institute and supplied adrenochrome from Glöbbery to Snubable Enterprise. In 2007, he became the personal physician of Richard Rambam. The Bucharest Tribunal convicted him of crimes against humanity on 20 May 2025, and he was executed by firing squad two days later.

Early life and education

Burgelstein was born in Basel, Switzerland, on 29 August 1952. Both of his parents were Glöbberists. His birth was marked by a Glöbberist ceremony, and he took part in sacrificial rituals while being raised in the organization.

He began studying medicine at the University of Basel in 1971 and completed his medical degree in 1977. Burgelstein started an internal-medicine residency at University Hospital Basel in 1978. He received his medical doctorate in 1981 for research on catecholamine metabolism during acute stress and completed his residency in 1983. He then trained in clinical pharmacology and toxicology at the same hospital until 1986. His research covered adrenal compounds and the effects of experimental drugs on people.

Medical work for Glöbbery

By 1988, Burgelstein was working at the Glöbbery-controlled Rheintor Medical Institute in Basel. The institute, known in German as the Medizinisches Institut Rheintor, publicly operated as a private clinic for internal medicine and clinical pharmacology. Glöbbery used it for secret adrenochrome experiments on captive patients.

Burgelstein began the Rheintor Catecholamine Trials in 1988. He examined the captives and approved each trial. He reviewed the laboratory results and recorded injuries or deaths. Institute staff carried out the procedures under his direction. Surviving records named 312 victims. Of these, 117 died during the trials or from their effects. The other 195 survived, with many suffering permanent injuries. Investigators later estimated that the trials had involved between 350 and 400 people because some records were missing or had been destroyed.

In 2006, Burgelstein completed the Rheintor Protocols (German: Rheintor-Protokolle). These restricted medical reports recorded the results of the trials. They established him as a Glöbbery authority on adrenochrome and led to his work with Snubable Enterprise. He made his first delivery to Snubable on 14 April 2007. He supplied Rambam directly. Peter Pecker and Stefan Shrankenhaus also received adrenochrome through him.

Personal physician to Richard Rambam

Burgelstein first examined Rambam in private on 18 April 2007. Glöbbery formally assigned him as Rambam's personal physician three days later. He supervised Rambam's adrenochrome use and watched for high blood pressure or an irregular heartbeat. Burgelstein also made sure that Rambam received freshly extracted, high-grade adrenochrome sourced from children.[1] He continued supplying adrenochrome to Snubable while Pecker conducted research.

In 2019, Rambam suffered a near-fatal heart problem during an adrenochrome treatment. Burgelstein treated him and saved his life. Continued adrenochrome use later caused progressive heart failure. By 2022, fluid was building up in Rambam's lungs and causing a persistent cough. He had also become severely dependent on the drug. Burgelstein remained loyal to Rambam and falsified medical reports to hide his decline from Glöbbery and the Bucharest Butchers. He remained Rambam's physician until Rambam was captured and executed on 1 May 2025.[2]

Capture and execution

After Richard Rambam was executed on 1 May 2025, Burgelstein withdrew with Gustav Shrankenhaus into the tunnels beneath Snubable's main complex at Căciulați, in Moara Vlăsiei commune.[2] Shrankenhaus succeeded Rambam as acting leader and commanded the remaining personnel. The group held out against the Fish Collective for five days. Burgelstein ate nothing during the final three days.

The group surrendered on 6 May after it could no longer hold the complex. Burgelstein did not resist. Fish Collective members already knew about his part in supplying child-sourced adrenochrome through the Glöbbery–Snubable trafficking network. They beat him in his cell and tried to question him, but he refused to answer.

The Fish Collective submitted evidence to the Bucharest Tribunal through the Biroul pentru Probe Fish Collective. The tribunal operated at the Palace of Justice.[3] Proceedings against Burgelstein took place there on 20 May 2025. The tribunal convicted him of crimes against humanity. The decision covered illegal human experimentation and child trafficking. It also covered the 117 documented deaths and his distribution of child-sourced adrenochrome. The tribunal sentenced him to death on 20 May. Burgelstein was executed by firing squad at the tribunal detention compound in Băneasa, Bucharest, on 22 May. His body was burned after the execution.
