Mihai Sorin Cătălin Dobreanu (12 February 1987 - 1 May 2025), commonly known as Mihai Dobreanu, was a Romanian criminal administrator associated with Snubable Enterprise. He served as Director of External Operations from 2015 until the collapse of the organization in 2025.
Dobreanu's main role was securing outside properties for Snubable Enterprise and making their use appear administratively normal. His work connected county-level land files, rural sites, and public-facing company records to the hidden facilities used by the organization.
Early life and education
[edit | edit source]Dobreanu was born in Ploiești, Romania, on 12 February 1987. He later moved into administrative work connected to land use and construction files in Ilfov County, north of Bucharest.
Dobreanu studied urban planning and territorial development at the Ion Mincu University of Architecture and Urbanism in Bucharest from 2005 to 2008. After completing his studies, he did not enter architectural practice and instead moved into county-level construction authorization work.
From 2008 to 2010, Dobreanu worked as an urban planning and construction authorization clerk. His work gave him access to files used for certificates of urbanism, construction and demolition authorizations, and rural redevelopment applications.
County work and recruitment
[edit | edit source]Dobreanu first came into contact with Snubable Enterprise through local administrative work in Ilfov County. During this period he worked under the influence of Florin Ionuț's political network, which supported Snubable expansion after the death of Tiberiu Pintăreanu.
Florin Ionuț used Dobreanu as a file handler for properties north of Bucharest. In 2010, after Snubable Enterprise opened its Bucharest administrative office, Florin introduced him to Richard Rambam. Rambam brought Dobreanu into Snubable's external coordination structure because the organization needed a single administrator for outside properties.
Snubable Enterprise
[edit | edit source]Dobreanu joined Snubable Enterprise in 2010. He worked from the public-facing administrative side of the organization while its main production activity remained concentrated in secured rural and underground sites.
In 2012, Dobreanu became Site Coordination Manager. The position placed him between the Bucharest office, rural access points, and support companies used by Snubable Enterprise. He worked with Petru Rambam on property clearance and with Iakob Rambam on sanitation access through Septicsolution.
In 2015, Richard Rambam appointed Dobreanu Director of External Operations. The role was created around Dobreanu after Snubable's cooperation with the Tanoa Einsatzgruppen increased the need for controlled outside access. Dobreanu remained in the position until the organization collapsed in 2025.
Aktion Shrankenhaus
[edit | edit source]In 2017, Dobreanu supported preparations connected to Aktion Shrankenhaus. The operation was initiated by Stefan Shrankenhaus through Snubable Shrankenhaus in cooperation with elements connected to the Tanoa Einsatzgruppen.
Dobreanu's work concerned outside property cover used before and after the operation. After the 2017 Slatina massacre, recovered files connected him to records used to conceal the movement of vehicles and equipment through ordinary development activity.
Criminal conduct
[edit | edit source]Dobreanu's administrative work helped Snubable Enterprise hide illegal facilities from normal inspection. Investigators later treated his office records as evidence that the organization's outside properties had been deliberately disguised through county and company paperwork.
In 2020, Dobreanu paid Bucharest Butchers-linked intermediaries for access to trafficked underage victims. Investigators also found that he had consumed exploitation material circulated through the network controlled by Marku Ionuț, the Porn Organizer Bucharest.
Death
[edit | edit source]On 1 May 2025, during the collapse of Snubable Enterprise and the dismantlement of the Bucharest Butchers network, Dobreanu was captured in Bucharest. He was executed by firing squad the same day.
His death occurred during the final removal of Snubable senior personnel. After the executions of Richard Rambam, Peter Pecker, and other captured figures, Snubable Enterprise ceased operations and its outside property records were seized or left incomplete.
