Constantin Rambam (11 October 1867 – 22 March 1938), born Constantin Rahamim and also known as Constantin Rambamescu, was a Romanian professor of pathological anatomy. He was the first recorded member of the Rambam family to use the shortened surname Rambam.
Constantin Rahamim was born in Slatina, Romania, on 11 October 1867. His father, Eliyahu Rahamim, had come from Jerusalem before settling in Romania. Constantin initially used his father's surname, Rahamim, and later adopted the Romanian form Rambamescu. He subsequently shortened the family name to Rambam, which became the surname used by his descendants.
Rambam worked in Romania as a professor of pathological anatomy. His known son, Dumitru Rambam, was born in Slatina on 14 May 1898. Rambam died in Slatina on 22 March 1938, aged 70.
