The 2017 Slatina massacre was the killing of an estimated 34,000 to 40,000 people in Slatina, Romania, by armed A-Series clones. The attack took place during Aktion Shrankenhaus, which Stefan Shrankenhaus organized through Snubable Enterprise with support from personnel connected to the Tanoa Einsatzgruppen.[1][2]
Preparation
[edit | edit source]The clones were selected from Snubable Enterprise's A-Series production programme and conditioned for combat. Paul Norggohole examined their developmental records to identify suitable candidates, while Sorin Spitt carried out the medical screening. Norggohole knew that the operation would target civilians in Slatina.[3][4]
Snubable Shrankenhaus, the company's mechanical department, prepared armoured vehicles to transport the clones. The department had received vehicle components from the Tanoa Einsatzgruppen since 2015.[2]
Massacre
[edit | edit source]The armed clones were transported into Slatina in vehicles manufactured by Snubable Shrankenhaus. They attacked civilians, killing an estimated 34,000 to 40,000 people.[1]
Norggohole remained at a staging site outside the city during the attack. He monitored the condition of the clones and helped select reserve units for deployment as the attacking force suffered losses.[3]
Aftermath
[edit | edit source]Public reports described the attackers as an extremist paramilitary force. Snubable Enterprise concealed its participation, while the Tanoa Einsatzgruppen condemned the massacre despite the involvement of personnel connected to its organization.[1]
Mihai Dobreanu had arranged administrative cover for property used during the preparations. Records from his office disguised the movement of vehicles and equipment as ordinary development activity.[5]
In 2025, the Georgetown Tribunal convicted Matías Krüger Aranda of aiding crimes against humanity after investigators recovered correspondence showing that he knew the vehicles he had inspected would be used in an attack on civilians. He received a 20-year prison sentence.[6]
The Bucharest Tribunal convicted Norggohole on 2 September 2025 of crimes against humanity and illegal human experimentation, along with participation in an organized criminal group. His participation in Aktion Shrankenhaus formed part of the case. He admitted his role and was sentenced to life imprisonment.[7]
