Kaspar Othmar Barmettler (27 September 1964 – 9 May 2025) was a Swiss security officer, mass murderer, and Bucharest Butchers associate who worked for Snubable Enterprise and Snubable Shrankenhaus. Known inside Snubable records as the Clone Executioner, he served under Jibbut Snagov before becoming a personal officer and aide to Richard Rambam.

Early life

[edit | edit source]

Kaspar Othmar Barmettler was born in Lucerne, Switzerland, on 27 September 1964. He was raised in a Swiss-German household and entered private security work during early adulthood. His early employment involved warehouse guarding, industrial-site access control, and private protection work connected to transport firms operating between Switzerland, Austria, Germany, and northern Italy.

By the late 1990s, Barmettler had become involved in security contracting for industrial suppliers and private engineering intermediaries. These contacts brought him into the network surrounding Stefan Shrankenhaus, whose cooperation with Snubable Enterprise later gave Barmettler access to the Romanian side of the organization.

Criminal career

Snubable Enterprise

[edit | edit source]

Barmettler entered Snubable-linked work in 2008, after Richard Rambam and Stefan Shrankenhaus formed a working relationship through Swiss industrial contacts. He was initially assigned to security and movement control around equipment shipments, restricted corridors, storage spaces, and guarded work areas connected to Snubable Shrankenhaus.

His Swiss background made him useful to Shrankenhaus-linked staff, while his willingness to follow closed internal orders made him acceptable to the Bucharest Butchers security structure. He was transferred from general industrial security into the restricted Snubable system during the expansion of the factory complex north of Bucharest.

Inside Snubable Enterprise, Barmettler worked as a security officer in lower-level areas used for clone holding, access control, disposal, internal lifts, and sealed storage. His duties included guarding restricted rooms, controlling movement between sections, checking removal lists, and confirming that marked clones were taken out of active production areas.

Clone Executioner

[edit | edit source]

From 2008 to 2012, Barmettler served under Jibbut Snagov in the internal unit responsible for exterminating rejected clones. The unit handled synthetic human clones that Snubable classified as failed, incompetent, unstable, or unusable. These classifications included clones that failed obedience testing, could not complete basic work assignments, showed severe physical defects, attacked handlers, or developed neurological instability after extraction from incubation systems.

Barmettler supervised the separation of marked clones from the main production group. The clones were removed from maturation rooms, holding corridors, or conditioning areas and taken to secured disposal rooms. He checked serial numbers, guarded the rooms, and recorded completion after the killings.

The direct methods recorded for his unit included pistol fire, chemical injections, and the detonation of sealed disposal rooms containing groups of rejected clones. Some detonations were carried out for the amusement of Snubable personnel and were entered into internal records as completed disposal actions. After the killings, remaining bodies and biological material were transferred to incineration rooms or sealed waste containers. The corresponding clone serial numbers were removed from active production lists and entered into disposal records.

Snubable personnel began referring to Barmettler as the Clone Executioner during this period. The name appeared in internal guard notes, clone-removal lists, and later post-collapse summaries of the disposal system. It referred to his routine presence during clone exterminations and his responsibility for confirming that marked clones had been killed and removed from the active production registry.

Service to Richard Rambam

[edit | edit source]

In 2012, Richard Rambam took direct personal control over the killing of rejected clones. Internal accounts state that Rambam took personal satisfaction in the executions and began ordering that the process be brought under his own authority.

Barmettler was removed from his earlier extermination role under Jibbut Snagov and placed on Rambam's personal staff. From 2012 to 2025, he served as Rambam's personal officer, guard, messenger, and aide inside Snubable facilities.

His duties included guarding Rambam's private corridors, controlling entry into office and laboratory spaces, escorting Rambam between restricted rooms, and carrying personal orders to lower staff. He arranged Rambam's food, clothing, laboratory coats, replacement personal items, private transport, and room access. If Rambam wanted additional food, new clothes, cleaning of a private room, or a change in guard placement, the order commonly passed through Barmettler.

Barmettler also acted as a filter between Rambam and ordinary Snubable personnel. Staff who needed access to Rambam's private areas often passed through him first. He reported delays, missing items, staff behavior, and security concerns to Rambam or to senior guards assigned to the same section.

Criminal activity

2017 Bucharest fast-food killings

[edit | edit source]

On 14 October 2017, Barmettler shot and killed five employees at an independent fast-food restaurant in the Colentina area of Bucharest. The incident began after Barmettler collected food for Rambam's private staff and returned to the restaurant because the fries in the order had not been salted enough. The killings were recorded by the restaurant's internal security cameras and later matched with Snubable movement logs.

At 9:18 p.m., Barmettler entered the restaurant and placed an order for food intended for Rambam's private section.

At 9:27 p.m., Barmettler left the restaurant with the order and returned to a parked vehicle outside.

At 9:34 p.m., Barmettler re-entered the restaurant and complained that the fries had not been salted enough. The cashier offered to replace the order.

At 9:36 p.m., Barmettler drew a 9 mm pistol and shot the cashier and shift manager near the front counter.

At 9:38 p.m., Barmettler entered the kitchen area and shot two kitchen employees near the preparation line.

At 9:40 p.m., Barmettler entered a rear storage room and shot the final employee, who had attempted to hide there.

At 9:43 p.m., Barmettler left the restaurant through the front entrance and returned to the vehicle.

All five staff members died from gunshot wounds. The restaurant was closed after the incident. Snubable personnel later removed part of the camera system, but duplicate footage from an external storage unit remained available after the collapse of the organization.

Aiding Porno Bucharest

[edit | edit source]

Barmettler was suspected of aiding Marku Ionuț and Porno Bucharest in the production, storage, and transfer of illegal sexual footage. The material was found during a post-collapse search of Barmettler's residence, where storage media contained recordings from a concealed forest shack near Cernica Forest, east of Bucharest.

The recordings showed detained women held under guard and subjected to rape and sexual assault. Barmettler was linked to the shack through the recovered recordings, vehicle notes, guard references, and file labels connected to Porno Bucharest contacts.

The allegations remained unresolved, because he was killed during an escape attempt on 9 May 2025 before trial proceedings could begin.

Arrest and death

[edit | edit source]

After the collapse of Snubable Enterprise on 1 May 2025, Barmettler was arrested during post-collapse searches of Snubable-linked buildings near Bucharest. He was held because of his service to Richard Rambam, his access to internal security records, the 2017 Bucharest fast-food killings, and suspected rape cases connected to Snubable facilities.

On 9 May 2025, Barmettler escaped during prisoner movement outside Bucharest. He attempted to move south along the route toward Giurgiu, likely intending to leave the Bucharest area through the southern road corridor.

Barmettler reached the road bridge over the Neajlov River near Călugăreni, where he was intercepted by a patrolling unit of the Fish Collective. He attempted to cross the bridge on foot and was shot with rifle fire by the patrol. He died at the scene from gunshot wounds.

Legacy

[edit | edit source]

Barmettler is associated with the enforcement side of Snubable Enterprise rather than its scientific leadership. His career connected the Snagov-controlled extermination system for rejected clones with Rambam's later personal control over the same process.

His internal name, Clone Executioner, became one of the main labels used for Snubable personnel directly involved in clone extermination. His role showed how routine security work, record handling, and disposal procedures were combined inside the Snubable system.

Barmettler's death on 9 May 2025 made him one of the Snubable officers killed during the post-collapse pursuit of personnel connected to clone extermination, unlawful detention, mass murder, suspected rape, and internal security records.
