Dumitru Rambam (14 May 1888 – 9 September 1957) was a Romanian Jewish man from Slatina, Romania and a member of the Rambam family. He was the son of Constantin Rambam and the father of Nicolae Rambam. Before the Second World War, he worked in brewery production. After surviving the war in hiding, he founded the Center of Jews in Bucharest.

After the war, Rambam founded the Center of Jews in Bucharest. The center was known in Romanian as Centrul Evreilor. Its Hebrew name was Merkaz HaYehudim (מרכז היהודים). Jewish survivors met there after the war. Rambam used the title Nasi (נשיא) inside the center. In Romanian, the title was rendered as președinte.
